2015 "Of the Year Awards"
Florida APCO and NENA are now accepting nominations for the 2015 "Of the Year" Awards. Nominate your best of the best for this statewide recognition. The nomination criteria will fall in line with APCO International requirements. The link is provided below. Deadline for Florida APCO/NENA submission is March 15, 2015. Recipients will be recognized at the 2015 Florida APCO-NENA Conference during the Breakfast and Awards Ceremony. Once the nomination is complete, save it and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.

It's the Time of Year to Volunteer!!!!
Florida APCO and NENA are looking for volunteers to assist with the 2015 Conference. Volunteer for four hours and receive a day pass to attend classes and events. To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Form. It will be forwarded to the Conference Chairperson, Claire Smith from Volusia County Sheriff's Office. We would greatly appreciate your support!!!!

The APCO Institute's Illuminations program is growing! Illuminations provides the opportunity to obtain at-your-desk continuing education by “illuminating” a new training topic each month through an annual subscription-based service for a total of 12 topics. The program was designed to meet the immediate needs of agencies that now have state-mandated continuing education. Read all the details here.
