Involves the ability to operate computers, radio consoles and multi-line telephones. Possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Must be able to deal with stressful emergency situations. Promotion upon completion of training. Minimum Requirements: High school graduate plus one (1) year clerical, customer service, or dispatch experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
