Florida Chapter Awards

As we approach National Telecommunicator Week (NTW) I want to remind everyone that this year’s Florida Chapter awards will be presented during the October conference. Because of the change in conference dates, the last date to submit nominations for the Chapter awards is July 15, 2009. As you begin to celebrate NTW in your centers and are recognizing your employees please forward those names and recognitions to the Chapter so they can be included in our pool of submissions for the Chapter awards.

The format for submittal is the same as for the National awards and can be found at http://www.apcointl.org/new/membership/awards.php

	2009 Communications Center Director Nomination Form
	2009 Information Technologist Nomination Form
	2009 Line Supervisor Nomination Form
	2009 Radio Frequency Technologist Nomination Form
	2009 Telecommunicator Nomination Form
	2009 Trainer Nomination Form
